Premium Support involves remote controlling your computer and creating your website for you as you watch. We are able to support both PCs and Macs.

The only pre-requisite is that you have broadband as the remote control software we use will not work over dialup. If you do not have broadband, please arrange to use a friend's broadband connection with either your or their PC/Mac.

We also like to talk you through the setup as we go, so it would be handy if you have a landline phone, mobile or Skype. If you prefer to use a landline please make sure you can talk on it while sitting at your PC/Mac.
