Create PDFs From Any Windows Program
top -How do I create PDFs from any windows program
The Holiday Site Builder team's favourite program for creating PDFs is "PDF Creator". It is an FREE open source program that you can download from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
Simply install PDF Creator and then click print from within Word or any other Windows program. You will notice a new printer has been installed called "PDFCreator". Select this option and you will be allowed to change details such as the name of the resulting file.
Click OK and the PDF will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or your chosen PDF reader, so you can review it.
